在全球可持续发展浪潮下,企业社会责任已成为衡量企业综合实力与长远价值的重要标尺。梅花生物科技集团股份有限公司(以下简称 “梅花集团”)导入SA8000社会责任管理体系,本方针与政策以 “以人为本、遵守法规、持续改进、回报社会” 为核心导向,从用工规范、员工权益保障、工作环境安全、商业廉洁等多方面,细化具体执行要求,既是公司对自身经营的严格约束,更是对员工、客户、合作伙伴及社会各界的郑重承诺。梅花集团及子公司执行以下社会责任方针与政策:

社会责任政策:

1、禁止和不支持使用童工,不接受任何使用童工或强迫劳动的供应商或分包商。

2、尊重员工自由,禁止任何形式的强迫或强制劳动。

3、提供安全卫生的工作和生活条件,确保员工的安全和健康。

4、推动劳资合作,尊重员工的结社自由和集体谈判权。

5、提供平等和公平的工作环境,禁止任何形式的歧视行为。

6、尊重员工的基本人权,禁止和不支持任何形式的侮辱人格的行为。

7、合理安排生产计划,合理安排员工的工作时间和休息休假。

8、提供合理的工资福利,至少满足员工的基本需要。

9、提倡商业廉政,杜绝贪污腐败。


Practice Responsibility and Commitment, Jointly Build a Sustainable Future - Social Responsibility Policy

Amid the global wave of sustainable development, corporate social responsibility has become a key measure of an enterprise's comprehensive strength and long-term value. Meihua Biotechnology Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Meihua Group") has introduced the SA8000 Social Accountability Management System. With the core guiding principles of "People-Oriented, Compliance with Laws and Regulations, Continuous Improvement, and Social Repayment", this Policy specifies detailed implementation requirements covering multiple aspects such as employment standards, protection of employee rights and interests, workplace safety, and business integrity. It is not only a strict constraint on the company's own operations, but also a solemn commitment to employees, customers, partners, and all sectors of society.

Meihua Group and its subsidiaries shall implement the following social responsibility policy:

Policies of SA8000:

1. The use of child labor is prohibited and unsupported. We do not accept any suppliers or subcontractors that employ child labor or force labor.

2. We respect the freedom of employees and prohibit any form of forced or compulsory labor.

3. We provide safe and hygienic working and living conditions to ensure the safety and health of employees.

4. We promote labor-management cooperation and respect employees' freedom of association and collective bargaining rights.

5.We provide an equal and fair working environment and prohibit any form of discriminatory behavior.

6. We respect the basic human rights of employees, prohibit and do not support any form of behavior that insults their dignity.

7. We arrange production plans reasonably and arrange employees' working hours, rest and leave reasonably.

8. We provide reasonable wages and benefits to at least meet the basic needs of employees.

9. We advocate business integrity and eliminate corruption.
