Nurturing Young Talent – Meihua Group's 2024 Campus Recruitment Training for New Graduates Successfully Concludes

Around August 16th, Meihua Group held graduation ceremonies for its 2024 campus recruitment training at the headquarters and various regional bases. Over the past month, nearly 400 new graduates participated in a diverse array of training activities, including military-style training, leadership lectures, and cultural and sports competitions. These programs not only familiarized them with Meihua but also facilitated their smooth integration into the company.

During the graduation ceremony, leaders from various regions joined the "newcomers" in celebrating the completion of their rigorous training. The event was filled with enthusiasm, featuring powerful songs, traditional dances, and self-organized performances such as skits, magic shows, comedies, and cross-talk. These vibrant performances reflected the graduates' youthful vitality, as well as their admiration and love for Meihua.
